There’s a moment almost every Swiftie remembers. The first song. The first lyric that landed a little too close to home. The album that arrived right when you needed it. That moment matters.
This project exists to hold those moments. This book is a collection of real stories from real people about how they discovered Taylor Swift and what her music has meant in their lives. Some stories are joyful, some are tender and some are messy. All of them are welcome.
You don’t need to be a writer to share your story. You don’t need the perfect words or a dramatic moment. If Taylor’s music made you feel seen, held or understood at any point in your life, your story belongs here. Whether it’s a single memory or a longer reflection, whether it’s about friendship, grief, joy, identity or becoming, there’s space for you.
This is a safe and inclusive project. This book is for all genders, all identities, and all ages. You choose how your story is shared, under your name, a pseudonym, or anonymously. Your words will be treated with care, and any edits will be gentle and respectful of your voice.
By sharing your story, you’re not just contributing to a book. You’re helping create a record of connection, proof of how music can bring us together, across time, place, and experience. These stories deserve to be held, remembered, and celebrated.
If you’re ready, I would be honoured to receive your story by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/bntZuKN6si96L6xSA
